How to render on iRender’s farm?

Step 1: Register to create a new account and activate it to get started with 100 free credits.

Step 2: App free downloaded: you can download the application free.

IRender supports all major 3D software applications and render plugins. You can check a detailed list here.

Step 3: Submit your project:

Sign in with your account and upload your project to IRender desktop app. IRender Cloud automatically uploads exactly what it needs to render.

Step 4: Managing your render jobs:

With a clear interface, you’re able to monitor your cloud rendering jobs. You can start, pause, edit (assets & settings) and cancel all jobs at any time.

Our convenient design allows you to easily manage and control your jobs easily.

Step 5: automatic download

Download the results with just one click. Each completed frame will automatically be downloaded to the folder chosen by you in advance.

How many points will I receive for completing registration?

You can receive up to 150 free credits:

After completing registration 100 credits will be charged into your account, earning more 20 credits as soon as perfecting profile.

Especially, when you share the referral link to whoever needs render support, you’ll AUTOMATICALLY get 30 credits.

Can I convert rendering points/ credits into money?

The answer is NO. You can only spend credits for render jobs on IRender farm.

How can I estimate the cost of the project?

Our render farm will charge based on how many GHz-hour you used in fact, with the based price is only $0.004 / GHz-hour.
We recommend using the calculator tool to estimate your render cost.

What is the solution to protect my confidential information & projects?

We always advise all our customers to use NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) to preserve their claim of intellectual property rights and to maintain the confidentiality of their business processes.

IRender will handle all your projects with the utmost discretion, and respect the confidentiality of all information received at all times.

What do you offer?

We are a render farm, we provide you with the computing power to render your projects in the shortest possible time and the default storage up to 200GB, you can easily extend this storage capacity if needed.

What should I do when a scene fails to render?

We have a team of experts that are online and at your disposal at any time of the day 7 days a week. All you need to do is reach out through our live chat on skype name: iRender Support and ask about the job that failed. We will troubleshoot it for you and assist you through the process.

How can I pay?

You can pay using Paypal which integrates on iRender’s app & receive IR points on the app automatically. If it is not possible for you, we also accept bank wire transfers and Western Union payments as an alternative payment method.

Feel free to contact iRender’s support team to check your account balance and recharge iRender points (iRP).

Do I need to get a monthly subscription?

You don’t need to get any subscriptions or commit to paying at all. Start using our service whenever you’re ready and stop using it whenever you want to

Refund Policy

At iRender, we are committed to providing the best service possible, at all times. However, we sometimes offer refunds by points or a promotion code depending on the nature of the individual issue. Please see below for the terms of our policy and what we will consider eligible for refunds.

If our system should fail to render your projects

We will always refund the value of failed rendering jobs directly to your wallet by iRender points, or provide a promotion code for the total cost of the failed job due to iRender’s system failure.

If the results do not meet your expectation

We will refund the value of rendering jobs for failed frames caused by our system failure by Irender points or promotion code.

Our tech support will investigate the issue and will help you resolve it.

If our services have worked but you decide that you no longer want to continue

A refund will NOT be issued as there was no issue with the services.

If the wrong package was purchased by accident

An a promotion code will be issued for the amount of the package and you will be able to purchase the correct package using a promotion code.

Expecting something from a service that was not described on the website:

We will NOT refund service if the persons in question did not read the description or expected a feature that was not described for that service on the website.

Scammers / Slander will be reported to the Police and blacklisted from ever using any company in the industry.
